Merchandise donations are gratefully accepted at any of our store locations, Monday–Saturday between 8:30am and 5pm. Please drop off the donations at the designated drop off area located on the side of the building in Montgomeryville and Hatboro, or behind the building in Feasterville and Norristown.
We ask that you place clothing, bed linens, and table linens in large plastic bags. Please place your other donations in boxes that have lids or are able to be closed. This enables your donated items to stay clean, dry, and secure on our trucks and in our warehouses. Please wrap/secure all cords to lamps and small appliances.
We offer free pick up service for items that are too large and/or too heavy to fit in your car. Call 215-957-6131 to schedule a pick up, or submit your request to our scheduling department at scheduling@impactthrift.org.

A donation or collection drive is a great way for your business, school or organization to participate in supporting our community. The goal of an Impact Thrift Stores' Collection Drive is to obtain an outpouring of donation of gently-used clothing, shoes and books, plus other household goods. These donations will provide inventory for Impact Thrift Stores whose mission is to financially support locally-based charities.
Impact Thrift Stores Marketing Team will provide flyers to help promote your event plus social media support on Impact Thrift's Facebook page, Twitter feed, website and blog events calenders.
The possibilities are endless! Click here for a printable version of these steps. Contact Tamika Miller, Community Outreach Coordinator at tamika.miller@impactthrift.org to plan a drive today.
